Delete your Briggzy account

This page is for people with a Briggzy account, the family care-coordination app published by Keystone Software LLC. You do not need the app installed, and you do not need to be signed in, to use it.

Delete it yourself, in the app

Sign in, open Me, then Delete my account, and confirm. The deletion happens straight away and you are signed out everywhere. Download your data first from Me, then Export, if you want a copy — deletion is final and we cannot undo it.

If you organize a family, Briggzy asks you to settle that family first. You can hand it to another member, who has to accept it, or delete the family and everything in it. Once no family is waiting on you, deletion is enabled.

Ask us to delete it, if you cannot sign in

Email privacy@briggzy.com from the address on the account, with the subject Delete my account. Tell us the email address the account uses. We do not need anything else, and please do not send health details. If you write from a different address we will ask you something only the account holder would know before we delete anything.

We confirm by email when it is done, within 30 days of the request and usually much sooner.

What is deleted

Your sign-in and your sessions on every device. Your phone number. The notification tokens for your devices. Any calendar you connected, including the access it gave us. Your personal shortcuts. Your membership of every family, so you lose access to all of them. The guest links and calendar feeds (ICS export links) you created are revoked. Your email address and phone number are released, so you or whoever holds them next can use them again.

What stays, and why

The care entries you logged — doses, notes, appointments, incidents, documents — stay in the family circle they belong to. They are records about the person being cared for, made together by that family, and deleting them would erase another caregiver's record of their own child's care. Your display name stays on those entries so the history still reads "logged by Dad" rather than "Member". If you would rather it did not, change your display name before you delete, or ask us.

We also keep the record that you accepted our terms and privacy policy, and which version of them, because that record is the proof of consent itself.

Deleting a family, which only its organizer can do, is the other case: that removes the family's records, notes and files permanently, for everyone in it.

Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
